Our Hyperion project is a phased property transformation including taking the entire home down to the studs and creating a landscaped backyard oasis. With only 850 interior square feet we focused our efforts on visual clarity, spatial efficiency, and indoor/outdoor flow. We raised the ceiling to capture some bonus space and maximize the open feel.
